How to support someone at risk of homelessness
Check if the person is at risk of homelessness within 56 days
Ensure the person has an email address and a password they can remember
Visit the Brent Customer Portal
Sign in or Register to create a new account
Follow the steps online and together make a note of their appointment time and date
Notify SHPS that you have referred someone to the Brent team by emailing us on email@example.com
Advise your person to locate their ID such as proof of income/benefits, bank statements, notice of eviction, medical documentation, tenancy agreement passport or driving licence to bring to their appointment at Brent Civic centre. This information will support their application and speed up the process. The SHPS team will be in touch shortly via email to keep you updated of progress.
